Summary
Notice to counties, cities, and towns whenever title to modular
home or mobile home is surrendered. Requires DMV to make a record of every
instance in which the title to a modular home, mobile home, or any other
vehicle titled as a trailer is surrendered because it has been placed on a
foundation and has ceased to be a vehicle required to be titled, and requires
DMV to share this data with local governments. View Full Text »
