Summary
Emblems; state fish and bat. Redesignates the Brook Trout
as the official fish of the Commonwealth and corrects the spelling of the name
of the state bat. The Code section that recognized the Brook Trout as the
official state fish was inadvertently repealed during the recodification of
Title 1 last year. The Brook Trout has been the Commonwealth's official fish
since 1993. View Full Text »
