Description

Third offense driving on a suspended license; penalty. Makes a third offense in ten years of driving on a license that has been suspended, revoked or restricted because of a DUI-related offense a Class 6 felony. It is currently a Class 1 misdemeanor. The implementation of the bill is contingent on an appropriation of general funds. Amends § 46.2-301, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
