Summary

Reporting certain juveniles to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency. Provides that a juvenile intake officer shall report to the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency a juvenile who has been detained in a secure facility based on an allegation that he committed a violent juvenile felony and who the intake officer has probable cause to believe is in the United States illegally.   View Full Text »
