Description
Standards of Learning; release of assessments. Adds a condition to the release of Standards of Learning assessments by the Board of Education that the release of such assessments to the public may not limit the ability to test students on demand and provide immediate results in the web-based assessment system. This bill is identical to SB 34. Amends § 22.1-253.13:3 (“Standard 3. Accreditation, other standards and evaluation.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
