Summary
Discharge of prisoner; medical records to be
provided to prisoner upon release. Requires the Department of
Corrections to provide a prisoner with a copy of his medical records
upon his discharge, so long as the prisoner requested a copy of the
records at least 60 days prior to the expiration of his term.
