Summary

Child support orders; effective date.  Specifies the date that judicial and administrative support orders are effective and payment due dates.   A judicial support order is effective in an initial proceeding on the date of filing of the petition and in a modification proceeding the effective date may be the date of notice to the responding party.  An initial administrative support order is effective on the date of service and a modified administrative support order is effective on the date that notice of the review is served upon the nonrequesting party.
