Description
Local restrictions on operations of certain all-terrain vehicles. Allows the local governing body of any county, city, or town in the Northern Virginia Planning District by ordinance to prohibit operation of any all-terrain vehicle not being used for agriculture or silviculture production on a highway or on public or private property within 500 feet of any residential district.
