Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 46.2-1307.1 as follows:

§ 46.2-1307.1. Designation of private roads as highways for law-enforcement purposes in Warren County.

The governing body of Warren County may adopt ordinances designating the private roads, within any residential development containing 50 or more lots, as highways for law-enforcement purposes.
