Summary

High-speed pursuit policy.  Provides that on and after January 1, 2007, every law-enforcement agency in the Commonwealth that is or may be engaged in emergency response and vehicle pursuits shall adopt a written policy that sets forth the manner in which such operations shall be conducted.   View Full Text »
