Description
Nonrepairable vehicles. Amends the definition of "nonrepairable vehicle" by providing that it is unrepairable unless the owner can repair the vehicle for less than 90% of the vehicle's actual cash value prior to damage. Amends § 46.2-1600 (“Definitions.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
