Victims of domestic violence; use of alternative contact information by health care providers and insurers.  Requires any health plan, health care clearinghouse, or health care provider that is a covered entity under the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 to use alternative contact information when requested by a victim of domestic violence.   View Full Text »
