Description
Special speed limitations on interstate highways. Allows the Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner, upon request or on his own initiative, to conduct an investigation of any interstate highway and, on the basis of his findings, set the maximum speed. Amends § 46.2-881 (“Special speed limitation on bridges, tunnels and interstates.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
