Description
Mutual aid agreements. Allows all sheriffs to enter into mutual aid agreements. Current provisions apply only to sheriffs with primary law-enforcement authority. This bill has been incorporated into HB 1356. Amends § 15.2-1736 (“Mutual aid agreements among governing bodies of localities.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
