Summary
Electric utility restructuring; municipal utilities.
Provides that a municipal electric utility will not become subject
to the provisions of the Electric Utility Restructuring Act as a result
of serving an area that was served by an incumbent electric utility
as of July 1, 1999, if the change in service areas is made pursuant
to mutual agreement between the municipality and the affected incumbent
electric utility in accordance with a provision in the Utility Facilities
Act.
