Description
Prepayment of fines for violations of speed limits. Increases the fine for speeding on highway from $5 per mile-per-hour over the speed limit to $10 per mile-per-hour. Amends § 46.2-878.3 (“Prepayment of fines for violations of speed limits.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
