Summary
School boards; authority to block use of school
facilities by certain groups. Authorizes school boards, pursuant
to and in compliance with 20 U.S.C. 4071(f), to prohibit the use of
school facilities by any student club or other student group that
encourages or promotes sexual activity by unmarried minor students.
The bill also provides that the Attorney General's Office may provide
legal defense on behalf of the local school boards.
