Description
Crimes; peeping, conviction of third offense; penalty. Adds peeping or spying into a dwelling to a list of sexually-related misdemeanor offenses where a third offense within a ten-year period is a felony. The bill also requires that any person who commits such a felony violation on or after July 1, 2006, must register with the Sex Offender and Crimes Against Minors Registry. Amends § 18.2-67.5:1 (“Punishment upon conviction of third misdemeanor offense.”), § 9.1-902 (“Offenses requiring registration.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
