Domestic relations; fee for marriage. Increases from $30 to $50 the fee any person authorized to celebrate the rites of marriage may charge the parties for the ceremony. Amends § 20-27 (“Fee for celebrating marriage.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
