Description
Standards of Quality; Standard 3, Standards of Learning assessments. Provides that the Board of Education must release the Standards of Learning assessments periodically, but not less than once every three years. Currently, the Board must release the assessments in a timely manner and as soon as practicable after the administration of such tests. Amends § 22.1-253.13:3 (“Standard 3.
