Summary

Solicitation of prostitution from a minor.  Provides that any adult who offers money or its equivalent to a person under the age of 18 for the purpose of engaging in sexual acts and thereafter does any substantial act in furtherance thereof is guilty of solicitation of prostitution from a minor and is guilty of a Class 6 felony, in addition to any other penalties that may apply.   View Full Text »
