Summary

Impact fees for transportation.  Adds Fauquier, Frederick, and Spotsylvania Counties to those localities authorized to impose impact fees for transportation and inserts a reference to the 1990 Census so as to narrow the potential application of that clause to Stafford County only.  Also, an outdated provision is deleted.   View Full Text »
