Summary
Impact fees for transportation. Adds Fauquier, Frederick, and Spotsylvania Counties to those localities authorized to impose impact fees for transportation and inserts a reference to the 1990 Census so as to narrow the potential application of that clause to Stafford County only. Also, an outdated provision is deleted. View Full Text »
