Summary

Domestic relations; minimum age of marriage with consent of parents.  Eliminates loophole for adults who have had consensual carnal knowledge of a minor without getting the minor pregnant by requiring that adult to obtain consent from the parent or guardian before marrying the minor.   View Full Text »
