Summary

Daily recess for elementary school students.  Provides that local school boards shall prohibit the denial of daily outdoor recess or unstructured play to a student for disciplinary reasons, unless the parent of the student notifies the school principal in writing that the student may be excused from all or part of recess as a means to discipline the student.   View Full Text »
