Description
Nontidal wetlands permits. Eliminates the requirements of having to obtain permits from both the state and federal governments for impacts to nontidal wetlands. The person would only have to obtain either the State Programmatic General Permit or a federal permit depending on the type of project. Amends § 62.1-44.15:5, of the Code of Virginia.
