Summary
Discharge of prisoner; records required upon release. Requires the Director of the Department of Corrections to provide each prisoner with the following documents upon discharge: (i) any identification documents received pursuant to § 53.1-10, (ii) a list of all court fines or child support owed by the prisoner along with a payment schedule to bring such accounts current, and (iii) a list of mental health resources available to the prisoner upon release.
