Description

Impoundment of motor vehicle for driving with a suspended operator's license. Provides that a person arrested for driving on a suspended license, suspended for any reason, shall have his car impounded for 30 days, or 60 days for a second or subsequent such arrest. Currently, the impoundment is only for 30 days and is only effected for certain types of suspensions, such as DUI. Read the Bill »
