Description
Income tax; rent reductions tax credit. Removes the January 1, 2010, sunset date and allows the VHDA to approve an additional $100,000 in credits, for a total of $150,000, for rental fees that are reduced by 50% or more. Amends § 58.1-339.9, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
