Description

Volunteer Firefighters' and Rescue Squad Workers' Service Award Fund Board; membership. Amends the membership of the Volunteer Firefighters' and Rescue Squad Workers' Service Award Fund Board to include two members of the House of Delegates, to be appointed by the Speaker of the House, and one member of the Senate, to be appointed by the Senate Committee on Rules. This changes the membership of the Board from seven members to 10 members. Amends § 51.1-1201 (“Volunteer Firefighters\u2019 and Rescue Squad Workers\u2019 Service Award Fund Board.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
