Description

Number of deputy sheriffs. Requires the number of full-time deputies appointed by the sheriff of a county or city to be fixed by the Compensation Board at not less than 10 deputies. The bill also requires that a minimum of five such deputies be assigned by the sheriff to provide courtroom security. Read the Bill »
