Description

Tax sales of real estate. Deletes the deposition requirement and replaces it with the written report of the real estate appraiser where there is no dispute as to title or value of the property in order for the court to appoint a special commissioner to sell the property and execute the deeds. This change is intended to make tax sales less costly. Read the Bill »
