Summary
Vehicle safety inspection fees. Increases the maximum
fee allowed for vehicle safety inspection by $1, $0.50 of which is to be
transmitted to the Department of State Police to support the Department's costs
in administering the motor vehicle safety inspection program. The bill also
requires written notice by the Superintendent of State Police prior to his
revocation of the designation of any safety inspection station. View Full Text »
