Summary
Mobility goals for addressing the transportation needs of
populations with limited mobility. Requires the Commonwealth
Transportation Board, in cooperation with other local, regional, or statewide
agencies and entities vested with transportation planning responsibilities, to
establish specific mobility goals for addressing the transportation needs of
populations with limited mobility and incorporate such goals in the development
and implementation of the Statewide Transportation Plan required by §
