Description
Temporary registration of vehicles. Replaces temporary "certificates of ownership," issued by dealers, with "temporary registrations." Provision is also made for use of electronic records in connection with temporary registrations. Amends § 46.2-1542, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
