Summary

Real Estate Board; criminal history background checks for licensees.  Requires applicants for licensure as a real estate salesperson or broker or for renewal of such licenses to submit to a criminal history background check. If the background check reveals a prior felony conviction, no license or license renewal shall be issued by the Board, unless the applicant submits proof that his civil rights have been restored by the Governor or other appropriate authority.   View Full Text »
