Summary
Virginia Residential Property Disclosure Act;
disclosure of pending enforcement actions under the Uniform Statewide
Building Code. Provides that disclosure and disclaimer forms
under the Virginia Residential Property Disclosure Act shall contain
a notice to purchasers that the owner represents that there are no
pending enforcement actions pursuant to the Uniform Statewide Building
Code that affect the safe, decent, and sanitary living conditions
of the property of which the owner has been notified by the locality.
