Summary
Neighborhood Assistance Act; tax credits. Changes the
eligibility requirements for individuals to claim neighborhood assistance tax
credits to align them with eligibility requirements for businesses. Individuals
will be eligible for the credit for donations of real property and stock as
well as monetary donations, and they may still claim the deduction on their federal
tax returns for taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2006. View Full Text »
