Summary

Income tax; tax credit for low-income renters.  Provides an income tax credit for taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2007, for certain low-income individuals and persons filing joint returns in an amount equal to 25% of their annual housing rental expenses up to an amount equal to 6% of the federal poverty guidelines.   View Full Text »
