Summary

Virginia Health Insurance Risk Pool.  Establishes the Virginia Health Insurance Risk Pool. The pool is designed to operate a program offering health insurance coverage for individuals who are otherwise denied health insurance. The initial pool rate may not be less than 125% and may not exceed 150% of rates established as applicable for individual standard rates. Coverages available under the Virginia Health Insurance Risk Pool shall be made available not later than January 1, 2007.   View Full Text »
