Summary

Integrated Directional Sign Program.  Requires that whenever any county, city, town, or any agency or instrumentality thereof applies for signage as part of the Integrated Directional Sign Program (IDSP) administered by the Department of Transportation or its agents and the signage is denied by the Department or any of its agents, all moneys expended by the county, city, or town in connection with any such application must be refunded in full by the Department.   View Full Text »
