Description

Virginia Retirement System's sickness and disability program. Clarifies that a member who is applying for disability benefits must also apply for other available benefit programs when directed to do so by the plan administrator. Amends § 51.1-1114 (“Adjustments to disability benefits.”), § 51.1-1123 (“Supplemental long-term disability benefit.”), § 51.1-1125 (“Adjustments in supplemental disability benefits.”), of the Code of Virginia.
