Summary

Passenger cars owned by local governments.  Requires that passenger cars that are owned by local governments and registered under subsection A of § 46.2-750 ("local government use" license plates) be conspicuously marked with the seal, symbol, emblem, or logotype of the county, city or town.  Operation of a vehicle required to be marked with a local government seal, symbol, emblem, or logotype without such marking constitutes a traffic infraction.   View Full Text »
