A BILL to amend Chapter 951, Acts of Assembly, 2005, relating to the appropriation of funds for the 2004-06 biennium, for the two years ending respectively on the thirtieth day of June 2005 and the thirtieth day of June 2006 and the provision of a portion of such funds.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That Items 32, 33, 42, 64, 111, 123, 136, 141, 144, 145, 146, 147, 149, 247, 248, 280, 282, 290, 296, 297, 299, 322, 323, 324, 325, 326, 338, 340, 354, 356, 357, 359, 362, 365, 382, 388, 395, 409, 420, 433, 434, 439, 450, 456, 468, 502, 503, 505, 506, C-4.10, C-15.55, § 3-1.01, and § 3-2.03 of Chapter 951 of the Acts of Assembly of 2005 be hereby amended and reenacted and that the cited chapter be further amended by adding Item Nos. 468.10, 503.10, C-4.25, C-34.50, C-38.10, C-117.07, C-139.30, C-145.10, § 3-3.04, and § 3-5.07.
