Description
Collection of impact fees by localities. Provides that any locality may assess and impose impact fees on new development involving the construction or improvement of primary or secondary highways. Also provides that fees shall be used for maintenance purposes only. Amends § 33.1-223.2:16, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
