Driver improvement clinic fees. Provides that neither the annual license fees for additional clinic locations nor the annual license fees for clinic instructor licenses will be required of or collected from members of the Virginia Association of Volunteer Rescue Squads in connection with clinics that are provided for emergency vehicle operation training.
