Summary
Highway funding; revenue-sharing funds. Amends the law
governing revenue-sharing funds for highway maintenance, improvement,
construction and reconstruction to (i) eliminate prioritization criteria, (ii)
allow local government contributions to consist wholly of proffers, and (iii)
