Description

Annual report by Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner to General Assembly. Requires that the Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner provide to the General Assembly a description of efforts that have been made, are under way, or are to be undertaken for maximizing the generation of revenue from existing assets of the Department of Transportation, including but not limited to real estate, and increasing the role of the private sector and public-private partnerships in the leasing of real estate and other assets in the development of highway projects.
