Summary

Education; criminal records checks for school volunteers.  Provides that if a local school division, in its discretion, requires fingerprinting or criminal records checks of school volunteers, all associated costs shall be paid by the school division or by the Commonwealth with such funds as may be appropriated for this purpose.   View Full Text »
