Summary

Count Pulaski Drive.  Requires the Commonwealth Transportation Board to allocate from state construction funds allocated to the state secondary highway system sufficient funds to permit the Department expeditiously to expand Virginia Route 99 (Count Pulaski Drive) so as to constitute a four-lane highway for its entire length between its junction with Interstate Route 81 and such point within the boundaries of the Town of Pulaski that its governing body may agree upon.   View Full Text »
