Description
Providing certificate of analysis to defense counsel. Removes the requirement that any certificate of analysis prepared by the Division of Consolidated Laboratory Services or the Department of Forensic Science or authorized by either of them be provided to defense counsel before a criminal trial in which the certificate is to be used as evidence.
